Accommodation Packages with Air Travel

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of accommodation packages. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

      "Package": Accommodation package including flight tickets and hotel reservations

      "Service Providers": Airlines, hotels, and other third-party suppliers

3. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing our website, browsing packages, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Return and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

4. SERVICES PROVIDED

We operate as an intermediary/agent between customers and service providers. Our services include:

      Facilitating the booking of accommodation packages

      Arranging flight tickets through airline partners

      Coordinating hotel reservations

      Providing customer support and assistance

      Processing payments on behalf of service providers

5. BOOKING PROCESS

5.1. Package Selection

All packages displayed on our website are subject to availability. Package details, including prices, dates, and inclusions, are accurate at the time of publication but may change without notice.

5.2. Order Placement

When you place an order:

      You must provide accurate and complete information

      You must be at least 18 years old

      You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract

      You must accept our Terms, Privacy Policy, and Return Policy

5.3. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an automated email confirmation. This does NOT constitute acceptance of your booking. Official confirmation will be sent separately once the booking is finalized with service providers (typically within 24-48 hours).

Important: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of pricing errors, unavailability, or suspected fraud.

6. PRICING AND PAYMENT

6.1. Prices

      All prices are displayed in the currency specified on the package page

      Prices include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

      Prices are subject to change without notice until booking confirmation

      We reserve the right to correct pricing errors

6.2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

      Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

      PayPal

      Other methods as displayed at checkout

Payment is due in full at the time of booking.

6.3. Payment Security

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

7. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND REQUIREMENTS

7.1. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

      Ensuring your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date

      Obtaining necessary visas for your destination

      Meeting all health requirements (vaccinations, COVID-19 tests, etc.)

      Arriving at the airport/hotel with all required documents

We are not liable for any issues arising from inadequate travel documentation.

7.2. Name Accuracy

Names provided must match travel documents EXACTLY. Name changes may incur airline fees or may not be permitted. We are not responsible for denied boarding due to name mismatches.

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

8.1. Third-Party Services

We act as an intermediary. Services (flights, accommodation) are provided by third parties. We are NOT responsible for:

      Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes

      Quality of hotel accommodations or services

      Lost, delayed, or damaged baggage

      Personal injury or property damage during travel

      Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, war, etc.)

Claims related to these issues must be directed to the relevant service provider (airline, hotel, etc.).

8.2. Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your package. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost time, or emotional distress.

9. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

You agree to:

      Provide accurate and truthful information

      Check all booking details immediately upon receipt

      Report any errors within 24 hours

      Arrive at airports/hotels on time with proper documentation

      Comply with airline and hotel policies

      Behave respectfully toward service providers and staff

10. CANCELLATION AND CHANGES

Summary:

      All bookings are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE

      Changes are generally not permitted

      Exceptions may apply only in cases of force majeure or our errors

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website (text, images, logos, graphics, design) is owned by or licensed to AC Football Agency SRL and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

12. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR. By using our services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

13.1. Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint:

Step 2: We will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours

Step 3: We will investigate and respond within 10 business days

13.3. Governing Law

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or technical failures.

15. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
